-I WANT TO SEE THIS-
"Let the Right One IN"
BUT.. I cant find it in ENGLISH! =(
Based on the movies you did like, it seems you like movies with a lot of action. Therefore, I’m not so sure if you’ll like Let The Right One In (although I loved it, most of my friends found it too slow). You can buy it from amazon http://www.amazon.com/Let-Right-One-Lina -Leandersson/dp/B001MYIXAC/ref=sr_1_1?ie =UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1264431249&s r=8-1 but it is a Swedish movie, so you need to either turn on the English dubbing, or watch with English subtitles. I’ve seen it both ways and highly recommend watching it subtitled, as the dubbing is off in way of translation and the voices just don’t fit the characters well. They are currently remaking a US version of it, so you could always wait for that to come out…but I’m sure Hollywood is just going to butcher it.
For vampire movies, I would highly recommend:
Frostbitten
Perfect Creature
Near Dark
The Thirst
John Carpenter’s Vampires
The Forsaken
For Zombies:
Undead
Dance of the Dead
Boy Eats Girl
Outpost
Dead Alive
28 Days Later
28 Weeks Later
Shaun of the Dead
Zombie Land
Army of Darkness
Dellamorte Dellamore
For disease outbreak type movies:
[rec] (I recommend seeing the original Spanish movie – the US Remake called Quarintine wasn’t very good)
Carriers
Cabin Fever
The Dead Outside
Kansen (Infection)
The Andromeda Strain
I’d also like to recommend the following horror movies, even though they don’t fit your criteria, they are my favs!
Event Horizon
Inside
Frontier(s)
Feast
The Thing
The Cave
A Tale of Two Sisters
Pandorum

The best vampire movie I ever saw was The Night Stalker from 1972. It had plenty of scenes where the vampire beats the daylights out of cops trying to arrest him!
Another good superhuman movie is The Dark from 1979. A lot of people think it was slow, but it has some really cool scenes with the creature kicking ass with extreme power and laser vision.
